Ted is not feeling well

Ted looks well in the pictures, actually he is very cranky with his cough!!

Thaddeus was having very bad cough and stuffy nose since Monday....Gave him medicine from PD from his earlier visit for the past two days, but the phlegm got thicker and he was kind of wheezing...Milk intake have lessen too...Thus brought him to see pd today...Doc says that baby of this age actually carries some antibodies from mum and his lungs was clear, therefore did not prescribe anti histamine or antibiotic for him...Just one bottle of medicine to loosen phlegm and a nose drop....Will have to see her again if there's fever or cough get worst...He is not sleeping well, as the phlegm was stuck in his throat, which he dun know how to spit it out, that cause him to cough badly.....Hopefully he will swallow the phlegm and pass it out in his motion...

Rides at IMM

My gals enjoyed this ride at IMM alot....Which kids doesn't!!! I remembered when I was young, I used to ride on vehicles similar to this kind at China Town...It was real fun!!! We only get to play as special treats for birthdays or Chinese New Year, as it was costly.... For now they are charging $2 for a less than 5 mins ride...They are making good money from this..

Lunch at Ichiban sushi

After sending Natalie to her ballet performance at Mediacorp. Melody and Mummy had our lunch at Ichiban sushi at Jurong Point....The food there is always so Delicious!!! Yummy!!! This little gathering with Mel is well worth....Mel was kind of deprived from us, with the arrival of Thaddeus and mummy's constant attention on Natalie's school work...They said to have a symptom called 'Middle child syndrome' which I was warned to be aware...The need to be with Melody alone and communicate is what I am doing more now...

Vaccination

Ted with his baobao and tutu was feverish and drowsy after the vaccine

Bought Ted for his 6 in 1 vaccine and Rotavirus on Tuesday...He was a little bit cranky as I think he is sleepy....When it was our turn to see the pd, I was to put Ted on the couch that he started to cry...But we distracted him with a musical toy and he start cooing along with the songs...So cute!! We are all expecting him to cry out loud when the needle poked him..But to our surprise, he just stop his little "singing" session for a second; while the injection is being done, and continue cooing along after...LOL..Tough boy!!!

Meet the parents

Mel's meet the parents session at JCK..Her Indian teacher Mrs Melissa is bilingual (English and Chinese) I think her Mandarin is better than mine!!! Mel is very active in class and has lots of friends, She don't just stick to one....But because of this she is always been distracted during lessons..Overall is good just need to build up on her concentration..

China earthquake

The devastating news of the earthquake in China had affected me so much....As a mother, its really heart wrenching to see millions of children and innocents being buried alive...The sight of children corpse being piled up and crushed in the rubbles makes me burst out....These scene kept coming back into my mind...I really cant imagine if I am to see it with my own eyes, and how their families and rescuer feel.....Worst still, those who are trapped and waiting for rescue, with injuries and no food and water, and those who waited to no avail, what are they going thru?....These are living Hell....And I must say, those who live are not better too...Some young children have to amputate their limbs in order to live....But they have the most courageous rescuers to help bring out surviving families to them...These rescuers/soldier dont even consider their own safety and risk their life to save, spirit, are really heroic...

Melody likes to play dress up, she is always asking mummy "can I put on nail polish?? Can I put on make up?? If not can I put on my 'ki kia shoes' ?? Today, she put on her favorite dress and ask Anna to help her to put on her hairband with mummy shaw...And, voila!! A bride she became!! Bravo Mel for your beautiful dress up!!

I was having bad toothache since Sunday night...The dentist extracted my molar and was now recovering from the pain and fever...Luckily Natalie brought back good results from school and make my day....she'll be rewarded with a prize, a 'build a bear' teddy that she asked for...Cant wait to get it as mummy was yearning for that for a long long time too..hee
